How Can Fever And Vomiting Be Treated?

My daughter is 9 years old she went swimming yesterday while with her father, today at 2 pm I picked her up , she is running a fever hot to touch, she threw up , extremely tired all day, very upsetting headache, her stomach hurts and didn t seem to move much from the couch only to the bathroom and then to the bed room. She consumed 40 ounces of watered down sprite , a zofran , and Tylenol two , 245 milligrams. 9 hours later she is asleep but Hot to touch, I have no thermometer. Usually she is spinning around on her head a truly hyperactive child. It s the weekend so the doctor isn t open , should I seek medical attention from a hospital?
