How Can Fever And Sore Throat In A Child Be Treated?

My son (9 years old) had 102.5 temp with a soar throat with a little congestion; I gave him some Tylenol at 9:30 pm last night and now at 3:30 am he woke up vomiting and his fever is now 102.9 and he s very congested. I m mainly concerned about his fever going up and now I can t give him more Tylenol due to him possibly throwing it up. What should I do? And at what temperature should I take him to the doctor?
