Thanks for contacting with your health concern

1. As you are already under physician supervision and taking medicine as per his observation thus he must have given due consideration in taking up relevant examination and investigation for your symptoms and then prescribed accordingly so remain under his supervision with regular follow-ups.

2. since your SGPT [ALT] levels are raised thus probably there could be a hepatocellular injury [ could be acute viral hepatitis or due to taking over the counter prescription medicines] and hepatitis and fatty liver do cause low white cell count thus in either scenario 'acute viral hepatitis' could be the main pathology in your case

PS. keep a note that although these tests are sensitive but very nonspecific and serve to detect liver disease rather than quantitative liver function so their high values don't signify a serious complication most of the time, it is the underlying pathophysiological process which needs to be diagnosed and managed.

3. Your line of treatment is fine, just have faith in your physician, just make sure to have:
- adequate bed rest.
- plenty of glucose [carbohydrate rich diet] with pre-boiled water.
. Low-fat diet and avoid oily/spicy food
. as far as possible remain on minimal drugs.

PS. check regularly with routine investigations like:
. Hb%, TLC, DLC, ESR
. LFT [liver function test] for any infection/inflammation damage to the liver
