Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
hello!
I have been through your question.
Related your concern I think that based on your history ( 5 days of fever and short of breath, filling unwell) you should meet an infectious disease specialist and to be hospitalised to exclude first a pneumonia and to do differential diagnosis making a physical examination( pulmonary auscultation, measure SATo2), full blood count, blood culture, azotemia/creatinemia and to start prompt adequate antibiotic.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
