How Can Female Infertility Be Treated?

Hello sir. I am a 28yrs lady. I have a problem in conceiving. In may 2016, laproscopic surgery carried out and found that my tubes are unhealthy and right tube is partially open. After 3 months doctor suggest me for IUI. What is chance to conceive. Sir please suggest me for proper treatment.

So your history should be taken for genital tuberculosis...
If needed gene expert study can be done for that from tube sample...

Let me know you in tubal blockage problem chances of conception is very less and even though conception occurs it is mostly ectopic pregnancy

So yes for that your doctor has suggested you intrauterine insemination...
That is assisted reproductive technique used when natural conception difficult
