How Can Fatty Liver And Stomach Upset Be Treated?

I m addicted of chewing tobacco, my sgpt is 100 and alkaline phophatase is also elevated somewhere above 210 with having a fatty liver (Blackish surface found in Ultra Sound). I was suggested to take Nexum 20 and No Gerd 50 ( Itopride HCL). When I take these medicines for 2 to 3 weeks I feels better for rest of 3 to 4 weeks after stopping it. But again My stomach gets disturbed after spending this duration. What would you suggest?
