How Can Fatigue And Headache While Suffering From COPD Be Treated?

recently been treated for COPD exacerbation heart rate was just at 139BPM going up 4 steps feeling faint and at times feeling like im gonna pass out. age 50 weight 206 5ft 8in tall obviously well over weight. trying to lose that with better eating habits currently. O2 was at 93 the other day not that low but 2 years ago doing the 6 min walk went down 10 points and 1 point shy of needing oxygen so they say. Do you think they need to redo the 6 min walk since that was 2 years ago..not sure why I am feeling so badly.more headaches, fatigue, tired, cant concentrate.many thanks

may be you are retaining little carbonoxide that may be responsible for your symptoms and little weight reduction and consultation with pulmonologist required .
