I worked out on Monday morning, came home with a stomach ache (doubt its related) .. have had stomach (upper) & bowel (lower) pain on & off since .. with bloating, constipation, gas, & a little diarrea .. it has woken me up the past 2 nights .. yesterday i took it easy - mostly light errands & housework (no work out) .. today i wome up still feeling lousy & am skipping the gym again :( .. ive been drinking, so i doubt im dehydrated .. any suggestions on how to feel better?
