How Can Facial Skin Burns Caused By Dettol Application Be Treated?
Hello doctor! I want to ask that I have use a un diluted dettol on my face for pimples, that s was really stupid idea I know.but I was unaware of its directly use on face..now it makes my skin burn? What should I use to heal this burn scar of dettol?

Just wash it through pyodine and use silversulphdizine also take antibiotic for sec infecif u fell pain also take analgesic like voren or brufen
