hi , I was just wondering whether I should go to the doctor for my oily skin. i don t want to waste their time. ive tried various home remedies, different cleansers and moisturizers and things like witch hazel, rose water etc. All helped with acne significantly but not with oily skin. what might they give me? it is very annoying and I would really like something that works. thanks.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of excessive oily skin. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. . Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin . Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliating once a week to remove dead skin.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
