Hi,

Revital H is just a health supplement and is not taken for losing weight. There are other drugs like Sibutramine and Cholestyramine that are prescribed for losing weight. But they are prescription drugs and are advised for high BMIs and failed diet and exercise plans. If even these fail then Bariatric surgery is suggested but again done for high BMIs.

You could start with exercise and dietary modifications to lose weight in a healthy manner. You did not mention your BMI or your Ht. By the way, it will be better if you could visit a dietician on required dietary changes.

Hope I had clarified your doubts regarding weight loss and use of Revital H. If you have any thing else to know please feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr. Muralidharan Naiduk
