General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

I understand your concern.

Non responding epilepsy is generally a sign of some brain pathology or abnormal lesions.
So I advice for CT brain and if required MRI also.

Did she had past history of trauma, severe infection or any other chronic illness?
My suggestion is go for full body checkup and investigations once and consult psychiatrist also.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Hiren
