How Can Endometrial Hyperplasia Be Treated?

I have Epilepsy. Newly diagnosed. We are having a hard time finding a medication that does not exacerbate my endometrial hyperplasia. seems that most meds are making the hormone pills not work so I m bleeding and cramping all over again. I have been dealing with it for 34 years now on and off. Epilepsy diagnosed May 2016. Still trying meds to stop seizures. Need to find 1 that both diagnosis will be ok with each med. Any suggestions? And is this pretty normal interference? Thx for help Holly Lovely

General & Family Physician 's  Response
the anti epileptic drugs that you are taking increase the metabolism of the oestrogen and progesterone by the liver thereby decreasing it's efficacy.
you could go for a surgical dilatation and curettage procedure.
or try out tab. danazol 100 mg daily for a month to see if that is more effective.
to stop the bleeding use primolut N thrice a day for 5 days.
