How Can Elevated Triglyceride And Uric Acid Levels Be Treated?

Hi there, My trygleceride is 172, is that a bad score? My uroc acid is also high, 5.5 , how can i lower both and at the same time maintain a high level of vitamin D because i am in deficiency of it. I am asking because almost all foods that are high in vitamin D, are also high in either or both of trygleceride or uric acid. What should i do?
