General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This may be fatty liver disease. Fatty liver disease can be (1) non alcoholic fatty liver- occurs in persons with little or no history of alcohol use.

(2)alcoholic fatty liver- persons have a history of alcohol abuse

Fatty liver causes inflammation and damage to the liver which can cause an increase in liver enzymes.
The progression of non alcoholic fatty liver can be stopped with diet changes and activity along with medications

I hope this helps
