How Can Elevated Ck Be Lowered?

Yes my husband has chest pains often and an elevated ck 908, cmk or ckm 7. he had a negative stress test about a year ago for the same reason. what could be causeing these levles not to go down. He is on a beta blocker metoprol and amloidpin I think is the name, also an aspirin 325mg a day. Any advise other than go back to the ER.

His CK total is high however the CKM fraction is normal. This shows that the increase is not of any cardiac origin however the CK can be of skeletal muscle origin.
Any disease like acute fever with muscle pain, dengue, muscular dystrophies can cause a high CK.
