How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

About an hour ago I checked my BP on the machine at a Pharmacy. My BP was 189/109, and I am wondering if that is a dangerous level? I do take Lisinipril daily as I was diagnosed with high BP about 10 years ago. I am now 57 years old. Is there any thing I could eat or vitamins I could take to help lower it? I do not have a doctor or insurance right now.
