How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Managed?

my bp is 170/90.iam 90 yrs pld.weight normal 150 lbs.iwas taking ramipril 5mg one in morning one in evening besides amlogard 5mg and matrilix sr in mornig and avastatin in evening, recently ih ave started 0lmezest 20 in place of remipril.will this bring down my bp

Hence the following can help you:
Changed medication to Olmezest in place of Ramipril can help to lower the blood pressure to normal range.
Also needed is to restrict your common salt.
Avoid stress and anxiety. Helps a lot in control of hypertension.
