What kind of uneasy did you have? Firstly, I want to explain about the drug. Telma H is anti hypertensive drug which contains Telmisartan (angiotensin II antagonist class) and Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretics). They both work to lower the blood pressure. Telma H also can be used for heart failure. The adverse effects by using Telma H are dizziness, pain or discomfort at muscle and joint, headache, back pain, gastritis and many more. You have to be aware if you have no urination, you should stop this drugs and consult with your local doctor. This drug is not recommended for patients who have kidney and liver impairment. Therefore, if I were your treating doctor, I d suggest you to monitor the blood pressure, also renal function (creatinine serum) and electrolytes. You should remember that Telma H contains diuretic which can release fluid from our body. So do not consume it at bedtime, cause it can trigger urination more frequently.
