General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Fenofibrate in few patient can lead muscle breakdown. Cpk is released in blood when muscle injury is present. So this drug need to be stopped. Your sgpt elevated Hence liver injury also present. Ursodeoxycholic acid is advisable to continue. Avoid high fatty foods. Sugar cane juice and apple juice can be taken. Investigate with viral marker study and provide history about alcohol intake as well if present. USG abdomen scan should be done.
I suggest you to consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
