How Can Elevated BP While Suffering From Diabetes Be Treated?
HI im a 67 year old diabetic and on loads of drugs just recently my BP has risen a lot it was 161/97 tonight my diabetic nurse is concerned and wants to see me on 28th dec again with a view to changing my meds can i afford to wait that long.i am in any immediate danger of a stroke heart attack etc
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that a BP of 167/97 is on the higher side but not as high to put you in immediate danger. I would advise you to consult a physician as soon as possible. But if that's not possible keep a track of your blood pressure and if you see any more increase visit your doctor immediately. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
