Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, treatment depends on the cause of raised ALT but usually with normal viral serologies and non alcoholic, fatty liver is the most common cause and hydration and fats intake limitation as well as exercises and life style modifications may help. Metformin is given sometimes to treat it. But all these therapies takes weeks and can't guarantee to normalize it in a week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
