Hi,

Heart transplant patients are really important patients and need to be managed by a heart failure specialist.

Regarding increasing your ejection fraction you should be put on appropriate immune suppression therapy, therapy with medicines like B blockers and ACE inhibitors and close follow up of your ejection fraction and symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
