General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms of scalp eczema or eczema on your body can be effectively managed, but the condition cannot be cured completely.

Creams or ointments which contain an antibiotic, an antifungal and a steroid should be used regularly both on scalp and on the body.

An antihistaminic such as fexofenadine 180 mg once daily and an anti-fungal such as fluconazole for a longer period are advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
