How Can Eczema In An Infant Be Treated?

i was told my 18 month old had exzema than told she was allergic to protein in eggs so i stopped giving eggs her rash has spread benedryl not helping was given ointment thats not helping getting worse each day dont know what to do 1 dr even tpld me no worries babys get rash after runny nose my baby is itching and miserable also was told she has IBS and for me to give her Citracel
