Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have eczema on hand, forearm and calves . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons , but in your case it occur due to overactive response by the body's immune system to an irritant. It is very important to find causative agent. I would suggest you to clean your skin by washing with cold water and mild soap , stay in moist environment , avoid sun exposure and take anti histamine twice a day . Do not scratch your skin as it can lead to secondary infection , rather apply cold compresses to skin to reduce irritation . If condition doesn't subside then consult dermatologits for proper examination . Patient generally treated with immunosuppressants , antibiotics for secondary infection , steroid creams and light therapy .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
