How Can Ear Congestion Be Treated?

Ears are completelly full after otitis infections, feels like its gonna explode. Went to the doctor and gave me some antibiotics drops. And still feels like a lot of liquid is stuck iside. Should i try to exhale while blocking my noise to get rid of all the liquid i feel like i can pop something

Exhaling against closed nostrils will not help clear fluid collection in the middle ear.
Fluid in the middle ear can persist up to 3 months after an episode of acute otitis.
If symptoms are persistent after 3 months follow up with your ENT specialist to drain the fluid from middle ear.
