Ears are completelly full after otitis infections, feels like its gonna explode. Went to the doctor and gave me some antibiotics drops. And still feels like a lot of liquid is stuck iside. Should i try to exhale while blocking my noise to get rid of all the liquid i feel like i can pop something
Exhaling against closed nostrils will not help clear fluid collection in the middle ear. Fluid in the middle ear can persist up to 3 months after an episode of acute otitis. If symptoms are persistent after 3 months follow up with your ENT specialist to drain the fluid from middle ear.
