How Can Ear Bleeding Be Treated?

I have no cochlea or eardrum in my left ear. I have had chlostiatoma s in this ear twice. I have now developed bleeding in this ear canal. There are small blood blisters inside the canal and some larger ones. I have no idea what caused this. The cochlea was removed along with two clostiatoma s in 2003.. I just developed this bleeding issue within this ear x 1 year ago but it is rapidly becoming worse.

Hi,

Ear bleeding can be treated by tranexamic acid tablets thrice daily for 7 days. Also apply cotton locally in the area.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Monish De, Oncologist
