How Can Dysferlinopathy Be Treated?

Hi, I hav a problem of dyferlinopathy. Is there any treatment for this disease? My doctor suggested ubicar tablets, calciprol and steroid. Physiotherapy is going on in the clinic but condition does not improve. I used Walker to walk,unable to stand from Western seat in bathroom. Pls suggest what to do.. Now the hands are also affected.
