How Can Dry Skin Be Treated?

Sir myself debika. Actually sir i have a dry skin and i used many types of cream which may cause irritatation on my face. I have pimple marks and taned on my skin. Which looked very much dull.. Now i m using only cetaphil cleanser. Plx suggest me a good ctm routine and any type of good cream which add glow and fairness on my skin.. Plz

-Prevent baths and showerLimit your time in the shower or bath to 5 or 10 minutes. Use warm rather than hot water.
-Wash with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser.
-Apply enough cleanser to remove dirt and oil, but avoid using so much that you see a thick lather.
-use a moisturizer
