How Can Dry Scabs On The Skin Be Treated?

Had laser to remove brown age spots, got very infected with blisters and yellow oozing. Dr. said soak in 1tsp vinegar 2 cups water and apply Mupirocin ointment USP,2%. After two days its drying, some scabs coming off. Question: Do I continue using Mupirocin on the new skin? Thank you

Don't use Mupirocin or vinegar on new skin.

Let it regenerate and dry in air.
