Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Well, it should have been gone by now. Usually these type of pimples seen in babies disappear by themselves. You should use a herbal sunscreen whenever outdoors, take vitamin supplements. Sometimes it can be due to vitamin B complex deficiency. Since it is inborn it will take time, have patience. You should take B3, B6, B12 as deficiency of these vitamins cause dry, itchy, peeling skin. Use a good herbal moisturizer. Neglect is not good, take plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and veggies.

Hope I have answered your query.
Take care.
