Hello. For about 4 years now, I have been experiencing dry lips and excessive salivation that embarrasses me every time I talk to people. My dentist says my teeth are healthy. My doctor doesn t think I have a serious condition. But I am very worried about my lips and the corners of my mouth getting wet when I speak. Can you help?
As per your complain you have problem of excessive salivating that lead to wet your corner of mouth. Salivation more due to salivary glandinjury or infection or other reasons.
X ray of salivary gland and silography helpful for diagnosis. Consult a oral medicine specialist for further diagnosis. Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems. Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
I hope this will help you. Get well soon.. Thank you.
