Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many conditions causing dizzines.
In my opinion you should perform a carotid arteries and vertebral arteries Doppler ultrasound to rule out any possible stenosis.
You can also consult a rheumatologyst because dizziness is often caused by cervical spondylarthrosis.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
