How Can Dizziness And Vertigo Be Treated?

I have been experiencing dizziness for 4 months. Have been treated for vertigo with the Epley maneuver but it did not help. I have vibration feelings too in my head. My eyes feel like they are swimming and it s hard to look at an object for a lengthy period of time

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I undrstand your concern.
Vertigo withdizziness can be cauaed by earproblems ,eye problems, cervical spinal problems or severe weakness.
You have some eye complaints... so should get youreyes teasted &find if it could be the .. cause.&get necessary specific treatment.consult an opthalmologist for that.
You may have to undergo series of investigations &seek expert opinion... in case eyes are not at fault.
With proper assessment & specific management would relieve you.
Thanks
