Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have read the descriptions for the six varying reasons for eyes not tracking properly. I been to two neurologists.. one stated vitego, the other ocular migraines. Was given a medication that did not help (Topamax). My left eye will go down below my cheek where I see absolutely nothing and my right eye is light looking through water; experience extreme dizziness. After this lasts for anywhere from 15 seconds to twenty minutes episodes I am left feeling very fatigued. My muscles are not weak; I do have type 2 diabetes. Have no warning as to when these bouts are going to occur. Been going on for two years now and I am afraid to drive and now even leave the house. Additionally, I have had MRI to rule out tumor or stroke. Any suggestions???? I do have sinus problems, could this be a cause??
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness and severe fatigue . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acute sinusitis ,diabetes, type 2 , mumps , multiple sclerosis . low blood pressure and sleep apnea . Diabetes can also be one of the reasons for such symptoms. I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor order ECG ,valsalva maneuver and tilt table test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with fludrocortisone and recommend to take more salt and drink more fluid . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist if there is problem related to ear like otitis media or meniere's disease .
