Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
How Can Dizziness And Headache After Smoking Methamphetamine Be Treated?
Earlier this afternoon I took two extenze pills and smoked meth before. Since taking the second pill I have felt light headed, have had a headache, blurred vision, hiccups uncontrollably, and I have had the sensation of wanting to vomit. What should I do to make all these symptoms stop.
I am sorry to hear about your health situation. I am more sorry to hear that this is caused because you smoked methamphetamine, you sacrificed your body for a bad caprice.
Anyway, please take note that metamphetamine is a strong stimulant of the nervous system. Sometimes, this hyperstimulation is associated with headaches or other unusual nerve functioning like headache, blurred vision or uncontrollable hiccups as in your case.
Sometimes, nausea or wanting to vomit is a side effect of using methamphetamine.
These are temporary symptoms and will fade and completely disappear once metamphetamine is cleared out of your body. For this, it will require about 3 to 6 days. However, the symptoms will be fading by tomorrow. Increase plain water intake during the day to help clear meth faster from your system.
Take more rest; take paracetamol for the headache. Lemon soda drink can help ease nausea..
Hope this helps. Dr.Albana
