How Can Difficulty In Urinating After A Surgery Be Treated?

I just started Finasteride 5mg. & Tamsulosin 0.4 mg. I just got home from hospital & a 12 yr. renal recipient as of 11/15. In hospital for degloving L. arm above the elbow to below the wrist. 9 hr. surgery. they took catheter out early the next AM and was unable to void. Had to replace X2 & unable to get catheters in.curled up. Last try a curret (sp) tipped catheter was successfully placed. No comment from surgeons about having tests run. Should I press this once I m finished with all plastic surgery? Thank you, Larry

Consume plenty of liquids .
Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water , organic citrus fruits ,
vitamin C supplements help a lot .

Necessary antibiotics , urinary alkalisers , anti inflammatory medications
require prescription of your doctor ( who may decide depending upon your
evaluation with required blood and urine tests ) .

Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquids , dry .
