General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As the diarrhea frequency has being under control and vomiting is stopped, there is nothing to worry at present. Continue hydration of the child with oral re-hydration salt, light diet, organic fresh fruits and finish the dose of medications. Sometimes normal appetite return takes time once the infection is total under control.

Thank you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
