How Can Diarrhea Be Treated?

Hi, I finished 7 days of cephalexin for a root canal infection (had already completed 10 days of amoxicillin and 7 days of clindamycin and the side affects were manageable.) With cephalexin I had no effects while on it, but after finishing the treatment I started with 2 days of general weakness, then to 2 days of watery diarrhea, then things improved over the next 2 days to nearly normal (felt good, bowels close to good). Now I have urgent need to move bowels and though it s loose it s not the same as diarrhea and one two separate movements the mucus appeared brownish/red (no actual blood noticed in stood or running separately). Is this just my body readjusting? I ve be taking probiotics throughout this adventure. Should I up my yogert intake? How long will it take to be back to normal?
