How Can Diabetes Mellitus Be Treated In The Future?

My wife is 57 yrs old & diabetic for the last 25 yrs.Her recent HBA is 10.29& ABG is 256.66 CHOLESTEROL242,TRIGLYSERIDES235,HDL47,LDL154,VLDL44.6 Her fasting blood sugar for the last three months average 130 which I monitor with gluco meter.I need your advice how to proceed her treatment .Regards G.Ramachandran

dear sir, 25 years of diabetes, means she had diabetes when she was 32 years of age. now she will be requiring insulin in most probabilities. she need statins and saroglitazar for dyslipidemia.
regular exercise and diet control are the prime requisites. regards!
