How Can Depression And Insomnia Be Treated?

Taking 3.75 mg of imovane for insomnia to allow me to sleep from the insomnia of the 10 mg of Cipralex I m on for depression but still am only getting a few hours of sleep . If I take the whole 7.5 mg pill I am more drowsy throughout the day. I don t want to take the Imovane but since I switched taking cipralex from am to pm I need the extra help. Should I have taken the whole pill anyway. I have been on Cipralex for 12 days and the situation has turned my life upside down being off work (I do a technical job required to think critically).
