How Can Depression And Anxiety Be Treated?

I suffer from depression and anxiety attacks. Right now I m on 20mg escitalopram. My anxiety has especially been high this week .I used to have lorazepram for when I had a attack but I got immune to it. I don t have anything to take besides my daily antidepressant. I ve been taking melatonin to help me sleep. Its helped a little bit. Is there any other over the counter drug I can take to help my anxiety?
