Look Gutkha habit is definitely not a good one. You can Quit Gutkha by Strong will power only.
I would like to suggest you to start doing the following things :
1. Ensure to have 8 hours of proper sleep.
2. To have Healthy life style & nutritious diet that too on time.
3. Start giving Time to yourself... Live your one of hobby also.. Join some club / sports.
4. Try to be a bit social among your friends.
Try to call and talk to your old school friends/relatives to whom you have not spoken for long!
All the above steps will make you feel happy from inside. Thus
depression / negativity will go away on its own.
If at all you feel like you are unable to do all the above things. And not able to come out of the negativity. Then there are medicines available which can be helpful for you.
