Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Depression and anxiety symptoms often coexist with each other. Both require similar kind of treatment. One is cognitive therapy, which will help boost your confidence, improve coping skills, and removes negative thoughts. Second is pharmacotherapy where SSRI group of medicines are usually prescribed for depression. They will help eliminating your anxiety symptoms also. So, I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and get opinion on this.
All the best.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Prashant Gohil
