How Can Dementia Be Treated?
Hi, mom is definitely in some stage of dimentia. Now she is talking at great lengths without interruption and we can not get her to follow any instructions or listen when this is happening. Her conversations are sometimes directed at people not present and she is always spouting conspiracy to steal money, poison her etc. She is very abusive to me and my wife with her language. How can we get this condition to subside if at all? Medication?

“As” per her clinical history is concerned her dementia is related to her mental disorder so first of all do a clinical check up with a psychiatrist to rule out [Bipolar disorder]if confirmed then take prescription medications accordingly.
