How Can Delayed Periods Be Treated?

Hello Dr. I am 22yrs old.last month I took ECP & I Got periods on 25th Aug which of 2days with heavy bleeding it may be due to ECP withdrawal bleeding. On this mnth 5,6,7, 15th sep we do unprotected sex. my husband told me tht nt ejaculated into me bt i have doubt on him cause i heard precum may contain sperms.i did my urine test on 10th sep n it was normal. My last period date is 25th Aug.I daily take pappaya & sesame seed and also take hot water bath.I dnt wnt to pregnant. My abdomen paining slightly,backache from last 2weeks. What can I do nw? Plz help me. Thank you
