Hello,

You can wear compression stockings, they will reduce the swelling & help blood flow. Do not scratch. Keep your feet elevated on a pillow while on bed or on a stool while sitting.

Apply antihistamine topical creams like Caladryl lotion, Crotolax cream, moisturizers or aloe vera based creams. Avoid standing for too long, take a healthy diet, reduce weight, do regular exercises & wear cotton clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
