Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain loss of ear drum can occur after traumatic injury if there is direct blow to the ear leading to perforation of ear drum.
Many a times if the perforation is small it can be healed with the intake of medicines like antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, steroids and decongestants..

But in case if the perforation is large surgical correction is advisable..

So first of all consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation along with otoscopic examination can help in deciding the course of treatment so that a proper treatment can be planned accordingly.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
