How Can Cough, Runny Nose, Congestion And Foul Smelling Diarrhea Be Treated?

I have had a cough, running nose, congestion, about 2 weeks; yesterday i had an uncontrollable diarrhea, very very foul smelling, very mucus and green...one time only...Just had eaten an egg bacon cheese biscuit...Today, my diarrhea is yellow, not as mucus filled...my cough is better and my nose is better, as well as congestion...What would cause the horrible melling green mucus diarrhea then yellow today?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely infective diarrhoea. A stool routine will be better. I would suggest taking antibiotic containing combination of norfloxacin and ordnidazole. I also suggest probiotics like sacharomyces boulardii.
Thanks.
